1. Agreement

By accessing or using https://trackimo.lol (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Trackimo provides tools to view League of Legends-related statistics, ranks, and related information. Features may change over time. The Service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable at times.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must comply with Riot Games’ Terms of Service and policies when using League of Legends and related products. If you create or link an account via Riot Sign-On, you are responsible for activity under that session and for keeping your credentials secure where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ data, or Riot’s systems.
  • Overload, scrape, or abuse the Service or APIs in a way that harms availability or violates Riot’s developer rules.
  • Scrape, crawl, copy or otherwise collect the Service’s pages or data in bulk, players’ pages included, by any automated means, except search engines and link previews within what our robots.txt allows.
  • Use what the Service shows about players to profile them, link their accounts together, identify players the Service does not name, or contact, harass or harm them.
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.

5. Public pages about players

Trackimo shows pages about League of Legends players ranked on the EU West server, whether or not they use Trackimo: their rank, LP and ranked games, from Riot Games’ public API and the public ranked ladder (the Privacy Policy says what they show and why). The LP shown is Trackimo’s own measurement, not an official Riot figure, and some of it is an estimate.

6. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, code, and branding (except Riot’s) belong to us or our licensors. League of Legends and Riot-related marks and assets are property of Riot Games, Inc.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT STATS, RANKS, OR DATA SHOWN ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR UP TO DATE AT ALL TIMES.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (AND OUR AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, AND CONTRIBUTORS) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ZERO EUROS IF THE SERVICE IS FREE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or stop providing the Service, or restrict your access, at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms or operational reasons.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

12. Governing law

Unless mandatory consumer laws in your country say otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the operator of Trackimo, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights you may have in your home country.
